Terms & Conditions

Services are provided by Design Color SRL, trading as Live in Color Care, a company registered in Belgium (VAT / Enterprise Number BE1034640008) with its registered address at Rue des Wérihets (MOX) 1/A, 4280 Hannut, Belgium. You can contact us at support@liveincolorcare.com.

We provide website design, website development, e-commerce development, UX/UI design, digital consulting and website support & maintenance. The specific deliverables for your project are those described in your agreed scope.

Where a package is available for direct payment, a contract is formed when your payment through our Stripe checkout is completed. We then confirm the order by email.

For all other packages and custom work, we send you a written quote setting out the scope, the total price in GBP, payment terms and the expected delivery arrangement. A contract is formed when you approve the quote in writing (including by email) and, where applicable, make any agreed initial payment. Work does not begin before you approve the project.

• Prices on our website are shown in pounds sterling (GBP, £). Where we agree otherwise with you, an invoice or payment link may be issued in euro (EUR, €).
• Card payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
• Your quote states the full amount payable, including any applicable taxes. We do not add hidden fees.
• Payment terms, including any deposit or staged payments, are stated in your quote.
• Any additional work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately and only carried out with your approval.

You agree to provide accurate information, content and feedback in reasonable time, and to confirm that you have the right to use any materials (such as text, images and logos) you supply to us. Delays in providing these may affect the delivery arrangement.

Drafts and review stages are provided as described in your scope, including the number of revision rounds. Details of how services are delivered are set out in our Service Delivery Policy.

Once full payment has been received, you own the final deliverables created specifically for you, except for third-party components (such as fonts, plugins, themes or stock images) which remain subject to their own licences, and our general know-how and reusable tools.

Your rights to cancel and receive a refund are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

We carry out our services with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, or for issues caused by third-party services, hosting providers or changes made by others after delivery. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by Belgian law. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from any mandatory protections of the law of the country in which you live, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
